Wedding at Lambeau

Recently we attended a wedding in Greenbay. Our friend and neighbor, Bob J. "gave away his daughter" and the reception was held at Lambeau Field.

Here are the 4 "Bobs" having a good time. The father of the bride would be the one on the end hiding his piece of wedding cake!

The huge banquet room was decorated beautifully.

We were able to spend time in one of the luxury boxes to imagine how it would be to watch a game from these seats!

A quick photo of the bridal party in the sky box. It was a fun wedding indeed..

Book Group

Even though I technically joined a book group a few months ago, last evening was the first time I officially met the members.

The book we read and reviewed was "Left to Tell" by Immacule'e Ilibagiza. The true story of how she survived the bloody Rwandon holocaust in 1994. A powerful 'read.' The evening was very informative and fun. Looking forward to our next get-together in July.

The Blessed Event!

While walking carefully past the robin's nest yesterday, I discovered that the babies were born.

I managed to snap these couple of pictures much to the displeasure of the "parents."

I couldn't believe how tiny these babies are. I will attempt to take more photos as the 'newcomers' are growing.

Guess who's 5?

We celebrated another milestone birthday this month. Shaelin turned 5 and he wants everyone to know it!

I was having a bit of trouble with my camera so I wasn't able to take alot of photos. Though I did manage to capture the excitement of opening a few presents. First came the card...
Then he politely opened his many presents.

By the look on Shaelin's face..do you think he liked it?

I believe his favorite present was his Batman figure. Here he is pushing the button to activate Batman's power weapon. He was very happy and proud to be 5!
